This policy explains how MAS Landscaping & Snow Removal collects, uses and shares information when you use our website.
Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, contact details and message to respond to your request. Your form details are sent to and stored in our customer relationship management system, LeadConnector / HighLevel.
When you use our chat assistant, we collect the messages you type. If you choose to share them, we also collect your name, email address, phone number, address and details about the work you need. The assistant answers questions and collects contact and project details so we can follow up.
We and our marketing agency, AQ Marketing, keep your chat messages and any details you provide, including the chat transcript. Your messages are sent to Anthropic's AI service to generate replies. Chat details are also sent to and stored in our LeadConnector / HighLevel CRM so we can respond.
Information collected automatically
Our website collects your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time on the site. Google Analytics also measures approximate location and how you find and use the website so we can improve it. Our hosting provider processes standard request data, such as IP addresses, in server logs.
How we use and share information
- Contact and chat services help us answer your questions, respond to requests and follow up about your project.
- Hosting, delivery, font, file and site-tool providers receive request information to deliver the website and its features.
- Spam and security providers help check submissions and protect the website. Akismet receives what you submit in a form, along with your IP address and browser details. hCaptcha and Cloudflare receive your IP address and browser details.
- Analytics providers measure website use and count page views.
- Advertising tools measure which Google ads lead to calls, form requests or visits. They also let Google show our ads to people who visited this site.
- Embedded-content providers receive information when their content loads.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information for targeted advertising.
